Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, the successful candidate will be an articulate team player with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Providing the link between the Customer, Helpdesk and Engineering teams, key day-to-day activities will include:
Call logging and escalation for customer faults and advice calls Helpdesk administration BT and other partner * carrier liaison Customer care calls Logging and costing of non-maintenance work requests
With a minimum of one year`s experience in a similar customer facing role, you will have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work in a team environment. It is essential that you have working knowledge of MS Office and whilst database entry experience is desirable, training will be provided on in-house systems and software as well as basic telephony and product overviews.
